Dr Valle seems proficient and humane. The office staff are horrible. The Coolio-dreaded guy at the front desk puts you on hold for 45 mins and tells the elderly who walk in with questions, "I gotchu" this is not the correct speech nor behavior for a neurosurgery clinic!! He acts like he's directing a rap video! NCH get your act together on training front desk and office staff on how to talk, dress and treat the sick!! A disgrace.

After months of back pain which was getting progressively worse. I went to Dr. Valle.I needed a cyst removed from my spinal column and L-4,L-5 disks rebuilt. I was very nervous about this procedure since my spinal cord was involved. But my quality of life was rapidly deteriorating so I chose to move forward with surgery. Dr Valle was always reassuring and answered all of my questions. The surgery went well and within 4-6 weeks I was very mobile extending my walking to longer and longer periods. Best of all, the nerve pain was gone after surgery.Now, 8 months later I couldn’t be better.
